How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 2 to 5 working days from the date of order. However, the delivery can take up to 10 working days during the busy holiday season or our mega sales events.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Orders above Rs.3500 ship free of charge. For orders below Rs.3500, we charge a fixed rate of Rs.250 per order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has tracking, typically within 24-48 hours of placing your order, you can track your order, all tracking details will receive in your email.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

Yes. To place an order with a delayed shipping date its best that you call us to place your order, and our customer representative will better assist you with all available shipping dates

I didn't receive my full order. Where is the rest of my purchase?

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible you may not receive everything within your order at the same time. If your order is shipped in separate shipments you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately due to our fast order processing speeds, we are unable to cancel any order once tracking has been applied. We encourage you to call our Customer Support team as quickly as possible for a cancelation request after order placement. We will do everything we can to take care of this for you however, in the event we are unable to fulfill your request.

When will my refund be processed?

We process all returns and refunds within 7 business days after delivery back to your form of payments.
